Clean room with pleasant decor, free water and treats provided. Good facilities including TV, WiFi, and air conditioning. a satisfying stay in Sri Lanka.

I recently stayed at a brand new hotel on the Galle road and had a great experience. The Residence, as it is called, is a no-thrills yet extremely clean and well-appointed business hotel. The double room, although a bit small, had a comfortable, enormous bed and a compact en-suite bathroom. The TV was superb, and there was a writing desk as well as amenities for making tea or coffee. The manager, Imran, was wonderfully open and friendly, always quick to respond to any need. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and prime real estate. Highly recommended.

The newly renovated rooms were a pleasant surprise, with bigger washrooms and comfortable beds. The strong air conditioning and reliable WiFi were also much appreciated.

While there were some minor inconveniences, such as the construction noise and the lack of a working power generator during the national power cuts, overall, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience.
